Open the garage (Office, then The garage) or the Full Menu (Map, then The Full Menu) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought them with. The Full Menu, paint and every other look come back on any phone or tablet signed in to that account. Tips for the crew are a thank-you, so the store can't restore them, but the Crew Pizza paint and T-shirt they came with stay in your save, which moves with you.
Sign in to iCloud (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play Games (Android) and your week picks up where you left off: a copy of your save rides in your own account. Then restore your purchases as above. The web version keeps its save in that browser only.
A new night every day, the same for everyone, starting at midnight where you are. Your score goes on the day's leaderboard if you're signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games. Missing a day costs nothing.
The game lowers its own picture quality when a phone is working hard, so it should settle after a few seconds. If it stays slow, write to us with the phone's model.
